Construction Project Quality Management And Control

On the bases of the analysis of the conception of quality andengineering project quality and the definitude of their definition andcontents, the problem of project construction quality control in theconstruction stage is discussed emphatically and the factors of material,scheme and working procedure are dissertate in detail. Furthermore,qualitative evaluation is given to the concrete quality of the impregnatepiles in the project of newly-built lecture theater of Xi'an University ofArchitecture and Technology using mathematic tools, and it guide theprocess of construction and the mathematic model of fuzzy evaluationby synthesizes put forward based on it. At last, via the profundityunderstand of TQM, the G-TQM model is put forward, and itscontents are introduced concisely. Afterwards, the summing-up viewof this dissertation are bring forward based on the system theory of theG-TQM model and the conception of quality circumstance in the 5-Smethod and utilizing the G-TQM model and the 5-S method intoconstruction quality management, that is, the construction qualityevaluation by synthesizes is a maneuverable method and has somepracticability.
