Study Of The Land Subdivision

This thesis is a research belonging to the supplement of the regulatory detail planning on the land subdivision. The regulatory detail planning which effected by the planned economy can't meet the new requirements of the new road-landuse model which effected by the market economy. Beginning with exploring the components of the China and America's regulatory languages, the thesis advances the conception of subdivision. Some suggestions to subdivision and to the regulatory model are put forward after the exporing in depth. All in all, the purpose of this research is to enrich the regulatory detail planning, and to arouse the attention to the subdivision .
