Control detailed planning in land use intensity control is always an important problem of academic research in city planning, with the built-up area of the city traffic congestion is becoming more and more frequent, and the city is facing internal situation to speed up the update, traffic carrying capacity constraints, the built-up area of control of land use intensity. It becomes necessary. This requires us to theory and method, analysis of bearing capacity of traffic planning and traffic technology model applied to the built up area controlled detailed planning, the city built-up area in the planning stage to exclude possible future possibility of traffic jam, the normal operation of the city to protect.This paper uses the method of multi discipline theory, based on the basic theory and related research on the dynamic traffic carrying capacity, in perspective, to build the regulatory region of land use intensity as the research object, using hierarchical technology platform full coverage planning, to explore the coupling relationship between the control rules and the traffic capacity of the building, two in between the three levels of the regulatory constraint coordination framework, the eventual establishment of land use intensity control model.The thesis is divided into five chapters to study. The first chapter is the introduction: clear the research object, the research object found problems, and the need to address the problem of necessity, determine the research content, purpose, method and framework. The second chapter is the research trends and basic theory: through the research and practice of relevant theories, methods, the study found that the status quo, find the foothold. The third chapter is the construction system, through feasibility studies, research on factors restricting and build the framework of modern theory, find the theoretical methods of the research, the framework of the working mechanism. The fourth chapter is the construction of model, by analyzing the current model, and innovation to find the theme of the Yu Benwen model. Finally, is the conclusion and outlook, summarized the research results of this paper, put forward the innovation points and prospect.This paper will use the analysis method to build land use intensity control district regulatory control in the capacity of traffic planning and traffic control, scientific control regulations provide the basis for the built-up area of land use intensity, improve the compilation method of built-up area planning.
