The warehouse with As/Rs is the outstanding result of the development of such modern logistics technology, storage technology and automation technology, which is the integration of storage, transportation and distribution and is being applied more and more widely. An auto-stereoscopic warehouse system is composed of many subsystems and the operation of every subsystem needs to be optimized and scheduled to ensure the optimal performance of the whole system. To the optimum control problem of the typical large system discrete event-the auto-stereoscopic warehouse, the research and application of the optimization and simulation of every subsystem have very great practical application value to improve the operation efficient of the stereoscopic warehouse and distribute the logistics equipments of that warehouse rationally.Here, the development of the stereoscopic warehouse and the proper study and application status of the national and international research are analyzed deeply, especially the auto-stereoscopic warehouse. Hence, the author puts forward the sorting route optimum problem of such sorting-type stackers in the auto-stereoscopic warehouse system, and builds up the mathematic model of that problem, and also defines the target function and the restricted conditions well. Furthermore under the analysis of such mathematic model of the sorting route optimum problem, that function is resolved by the application of the mix genetic arithmetic based on character code. Meanwhile the probability of the iterative intersection and aberrance is confirmed by applying the structure of position iterative function in particle group arithmetic. In the end, the code and decode operation is realized skillfully and simply by applying the functions of the professional simulation software-eM_Plant.Another research emphasis is the buildup of the sorting system model of the stereoscopic warehouse by the application of eMPlant, and the realization of the mix genetic arithmetic to the route optimum problem, and also the simulation analysis on the operation of such different mission bills respectively. In simulationsystem, the modularizing buildup of each subsystem simulation system provides the foundation to the further simulation research on the whole large stereoscopic warehouse system, too.Through the research and realization here, the conclusions are made just as followed:1) the mix genetic arithmetic is an effective tool to solve the route optimum problem with a lot of picking rods, that is to say, a large scale.2) the problem, which is difficult to be optimized in simulation environment, is resolved and need not to set up the optimum model outside the simulation system.3) Through the hierarchy and modularization modeling method, each model of the sorting system is set up, which embodied the great advantages of eM_Plant on the simulation of logistics system and system layout.
