Voltage Quality Evaluation Based On Power Market

With the deeply development of deregulation and more importance attached to power quality by people, power quality synthesis evaluation and economic management have been paid more and more attention to by power utility and customers. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method have been used to evaluate voltage quality, and voltage quality factor and voltage eligible rate are defined; then the energy consumed by customer under different power quality problems are obtained by using the method of p-q-r coordinate transformation, and power deviation factor is defined; finally insurance theory are introduced into power quality management based on the voltage eligible rate and power deviation factor, and insurance contract is proposed to manage voltage quality, consequently the multi-quality power supplying is realized and it can also inspire the utility to improve voltage quality.
