The study and research of the single panels stressed skin diaphragms has already made certain achievement As sandwich panels has advantage in strength , insulate against heat, durable of various fields such as being reflect constantly among the projects, and has been used extensively, so the study and research on sandwich panels in the plane the ability resistance to shear seems particularly important. among sandwich panels design and construction course , abundant consideration the function of stressed skin diaphragms , it can reflection actual working condition of structure better, and optimize receiving strength and overall arrangement of whole structure even more. On the base of studying the domestic and international experiment method and research progeny of the stressed skin diaphragms test method, drawn lessons from the test , method to study and thinking of the single panels at present, fully consider the type of the roofing core board and construction craft in domestic , have been performed stressed skin diaphragms tests on connections and wholly tests. In this paper, the material model of the stressed skin diaphragms was also analysed by the "ANSYS"software. Insert to PRP-1000 series roofing sandwich panels carry on test and research , three parts in this paper of experiment and theory will be presented: The first part is the experiment of jointing pieces connected by the self-tapping screws and rivets. Through board-purlin attachments and data analysis among board-board, various modulus effect the connection performance, effective diameter of jointing pieces, destruct mode and the calculate method of loading capacity and rang of shear rigidity value is presented, insuring connection performance measures is also presented in the part. The second part is the experiment of stressed skin diaphragms assemblies. The specimens is made of PRP-1000 profiled sheet. The panels link with peripheral frame to make into two stressed skin diaphragms assemblies. Through observing destruct mode of the specimen and the strain data of the connected point all around the specimen and seam of board, the stress state of connected points and profiled sheet around of the points is presented, the "P-Δ"curve of the stressed skin diaphragms is also presented. The effect of skin diaphragms that made of general used boards and connect method is analyzed, some suggestions are presented in the part. The third part is on the base of Combining to the joining performance tests and wholly tests, analyze the stressed skin diaphragms assemblies shear rigidity and structure distortion of the stressed skin diaphragms used the finite element "Ansys"software, to find the diference between software analize and experiment.
