The Finite Element method is a popular numerical analysis method, which is widely applied in the field of engineering.But actually to get satisfied calculation result designers have to adjust the initial model of the finite element model for several times.Thus how to modify the finite element model without changing the topology structure of the model conveniently and frequently will be paid more and more attention.Such as,during the iteration of execution the shape optimization problem,how to re-new the finite element model with the current design variable without changing the topology structure of finite element model. In order to solve the existing problem of the software to the finite element at present,parameterized the data of the finite element,can convenient to get the same structure,different size finite element model and analysis results of component,and then optimize analyzing and design. The parametric finite element analysis includes:the parameterized geometry model,the parameterized finite element mesh divides, parameterized border condition,the parameterized load and material performance,parametrical postprocessing,etc. Combined project reality,this paper developed a parameterized modeling procedure for the front frame of a loader. Use this procedure to divide the parameterized finite element mesh to the front frame of a loader,can add material attribute automatically and exert border terms automatically and establish attribute communication frame which can input every size value to use for. Submitting finite element data file to the produce ALGOR software turn into the finite element model,and exerting the load manually,we can calculate the finite element.By the instance analysis,the parameterized modeling procedure is proved as practical and feasible. In this paper,firstly it introduced the application background of a subject for research,and the meaning of parameterized modeling of finite element,and point out several questions existing during the process of setting up finite element model. Chapter Two is based on analyzing the short comings of general FEA course,a conception of Parametric Finite Element Analysis(PFEA) is presented. The basic tasks,implementation process,execution method and key technology of PFEA are pointed out. A parametric finite element modeling program was developed orienting to the special structure of the front frame of a loader,and the modeling method was introduced in detail as well as the structure and subroutine of the program. Model data file used by ALGOR software was also generated through converting data format. Chapter Three introduce the front frame of a loader is a carrier body of complex structure.The main aim of this part is to set up a mechanics model of the front frame of a loader. After confirmly calculated the operating mode,it derive it happen each operating mode under cut with scissors not selling the one unified there aren't strength. Because there are many difficulties to set up the mechanics model of the front frame of a loader,after studied and analyzed seriously,I have set up a kind of new mechanics model,and proved its rationality in the theory. Chapter Four took the frame of ZL50 loader which the project vehicle technique center of JiLin university designs as an example, havecarried on the parameter modeling and computational analysis of quiet intensity of finite element. The finite element strength calculation and analysis on the front frame of ZL50 were developed. Modified suggestion to the design based on the calculation was presented. The calculated results proved that the model program is accurate and useful. In Chapter Five some conclusions about the summary to the parameterized modeling method of finite element are made based on a parameterized finite element modeling procedure for the front frame of a loader, the following: 1 It is a more complicated process from confirming the parameter setting up the finite element model. If simple to rely on finite element software attached language finish these process, there are sure difficulty sometimes. If can the open characteristic of the software combine with compiling into a language (C/C ++ language),we can better solve this problem. 2 In this procedure, the node and unit in this derive second subprogram which include LINE,ARC,BLOCK,EGEN all belong to the subprogram. All of them can be transfered directly while working out other modeling procedures. 3 This procedure can carry on finite element modeling and analyze to a series of frames different in size, with similar structure conveniently, have commonability and practicability. 4 Analyze with finite element modeling procedure and ALGOR that this text put forward procedure carry on loader frame structure intensity calculate, can offer rational calculation operating mode and comparatively accurate calculation load and border condition, can draw the stress...
