A new approach for optimal allocation of sectionalizing switchs and loop switchs is presented for the double power feeder automation voltage-time type system of distribution networks .the range of the number of switches to be installed is roughly estimated .The precpt of different allocation of switch is optimized , in which, the eliability of distribution system is used as the index. Consequently a set of quasi-optimal switch allocations is established.The scheme meeting that required reliability and with the least number of switches is determined to be the optimal plan with the most investment benefit.Preventing electrical source from delivering contrarily to transformer substation, moving of load, failure of single-phase, shorting the time of eliminatingfailure, two close of breaker in transformer substation, separate switchs to be installed, electric current of excitation are analyzed and discussed in the report and also presented the method of solving the problems for key technique appeared . At last, an example ptimal allocation for the double power line automation system in bureau of Guang Zhou South is presented in the paper...
