Research On The Network Communications Of VDR Based On VxWorks

The information network is the important means to improve work efficiency and strengthen the management. With the shipping automatization improving, it's necessary to develop the oceanic productions into network. For adapted the developmental market, VDR uses the design of network communication, and makes the data collection and transmission easier, also guarantees the data stream fluency and integrity; on the one side, it ensures the data security and reliability; and on this base, it can develop more the functions of administration of networks. Based on the purpose, this thesis introduces the reanalysis and redesign of the whole network configuration of the VDR system.The article first introduces the background and meaning of the research, analyses the developments of local bus and LAN; it discusses the project and design of the VDR network communication system, and makes sure to adopt CAN bus and Ethernet to transfer the data; it also introduces VxWorks and Tornado2.2.The paper introduces the hardware structure and software design of CAN bus data communication system, including the operating principle and the application in the system. It also introduces the functions of every module in detail, and shows the drive and the way of communication in VxWorks.The system uses the C/S structure mode, which is easy to realize. Both terminals have its own emphasis and the software realization is much different in detail.The VDR network communication system designed in this paper is finished in the form of prototype. With the optimization of the system functions and its practical use, the management level of communication network devices will be elevated to the digitalized age.
