Study Of The Electrical Meter Reading Systematic Application Scheme

With the development of reformation in power system and the startup of reconstruct project of the network, the power supply enterprises must have the commercialized reformation that include the production and management mode in order to supply good service for the electric energy producer and user openly and fairly. The main content of the project is the system that every urban household should has one ammeter. But at present, the artificial way to check ammeter can't meet with the implement of the system and the need of automatic management. The automatic checking ammeter system is an effective way to solve the existed problem of artificial checking ammeter system, it is also the need of improving the management level of power consuming and the necessary result of the rapid development of power system and computer technology . So, implement of the automatic checking meter system is of great economic and social value. The paper analysis and study various kinds of technical schemes of domestic and overseas automatic checking ammeter system. Combined with the concrete conditions of our country, the whole application schemes and principles are put forward. Firstly, the existed problems of the application of the automatic checking ammeter systems in our country are analyzed, then the characteristic of some checking ammeter way of nowadays are studied. Additionally, the basic principle of the electric automatic checking system, including systematic principle frame, basic application ways, characteristic and key technique are illustrated and analyzed. Through the above analysis, the basic guidelines of electric and automatic checking system are presented, namely according to the districts'different demand of power consuming management and low voltage network structure, author adopt different automatic checking ammeter mode. Furthermore, the importance of the quality of the automatic checking ammeter project, the social and economic benefit of the automatic checking system are both analyzed in the paper.
