Study Of New Water & Oil Automotive Distributing System Of Diesel Locomotive

High speed development and extensive application of science and technology, have already become the main characteristic of our times. The control technology of the computer, automatic control technology and network technology have been applied in various fields, which becomes the strong force of the equipment automatization and management informationization of all enterprises and institutions. With the promotion of the system reform of railway of our country, the voice of enhance the automatic level of the equipment and management informationization is higher and higher. As one of the critical portions of the railway branch finance disbursement, the automatic and informational level of oil & water distributing system and the management should be improved immediately.At present, however, in our country locomotive oil & water distributing system still adopts the hand-operated method, the automatic level is very low, and places of refueling are scattered. Such traditional manual way causes the managing efficiency is low in the whole process, causes the wasting of manpower and errors in the statistics data. In order to solve this problem, this paper researches to developing a network controlling system of oil & water distributing based on PC104 bus structure. For the sake of changing the traditional locomotive refueling mode and the management style and to improve the locomotive refueling efficiency and management efficiency so that to meet the high-efficient demand that run of the railway.The paper is to discuss about the whole solution of oil & water distributing and management system. For this reason we designed a set of automatic device, including the corresponding software, which can make it easier for the operator and automation of the oil management.The paper has put forward a brand-new oil & water distributing system of diesel locomotive. It started with the current situation of oil & water distributing system, analyzed the purpose and the meaning of this system, also this paper introduced the overall design plan, including the framework of this system and the design of pipeline control system. It take diesel distributing system as example, introduced the structure of controlled system, the electric controlled system, the controlled system based on PC104 bus computer, the interface board designing of I/O module, IC card reader module and keyboard module designing; the hardware controlled by the software, and the design of the software and hardware anti-jamming.The development of the whole system is based on the design theory of machinery and automatical control theory, combines traditional manufacturing technology and electrical controltechnology with information and network technology, also with software engineering and advanced management thoughts. The automatical oil & water distributing system has successfully developed and eventually through the repeated testing, debugging and improving in the laboratory and on the scene. This system has already come into operation at present in many railway branch, the results of using is very good.
