Research On The System Of Refrigeration Product's Type Selection And Design Based On Knowledge

With the expanding of some refrigeration equipment enterprises' scale and the increasing of the engineering quantity, the methods that the designers use handwork calculation to realize the refrigeration product's type selection can not satisfy the demand of the complex management of engineering of complete sets. In addition, this method is not fit for knowledge reuse and experience accumulation. So, how to establish an integrated system of refrigeration equipment's knowledge management, how to realize refrigeration product's design resource management and the automation of product's type selection, how to improve the efficiency of product's type selection, are the problems which the enterprises must solve immediately.This thesis aims at the problems mentioned above and analyzing the present status and trends during its design activities. With the enterprise's practical status, the concept of this system is brought forward, the theory of KBE and the design of refrigeration product's type selection are studied. By the study of the KBE, this thesis analyses the theory of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation among knowledge management and the theory of knowledge base; by the study of product's type selection, this thesis elaborates the theory of product's type selection and its realization methods, and puts these methods into refrigeration product's type selection and then goes deeply into CAD's further development technology.Based on the theory above, analyzing the relationship between product's type selection and KBE, this thesis establishes the system model of refrigeration product's type selection, and discusses the architecture and function module of the system. And then, the system emphasizes the analysis and design of the subsystem of design resource management for refrigeration product, the subsystem of refrigeration product's type selection and the subsystem of parametric drawing.At last this thesis develops the system prototype by further development technology of AutoCAD VBA, and realizes the function of the design resource management of refrigeration product, the automation of refrigeration product's type selection, the parametric drawing and the accumulation of design knowledge. It has been proved that the practicality of this system can accord with the enterprise's demand of complete sets' engineering.
