Presently, energy has been a vital problem of the world's economy. All the people have been attracted by the solar energy, which has unique feature of renewable and no pollution. The utilization of solar in the manner of P-V has been developed swiftly near future, but it is a main restricted factor of P-V generating power's popularization that it is inefficient and high-cost. Hence, the scholar inland and overseas all devote themselves to study the problem on improving the P-V system's efficiency, which consists two important parts, one is the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) of P-V system and the other is the study on management of accumulator.Aimed at the characteristic of solar battery, analyzed and compared the method of the present MPPT control, such as constant voltage tracking(CVT),disturbance observation and conductance addition etc, a new method called true maximum power point tracking (TMPPT)——interrupt & disturb observation, based on self-adapting control theory, is presented in the paper, which divides the searching process into three steps: in the first step, preliminarily locates a point approach to the maximum power point, on the basis of the first step , the second is more approach to the maximum power point and find out an ideal point approach to the maximum power point in the third step for the system, the demand of swift tracking and high-accuracy for the searching process of P-V system is achieved in the theoretically. The disturbance is eliminated once the system hit on the working point, then continue to monitor the system and improve the stability and adaptability of the system.It is also a key component that the management of accumulator in P-V system. The plan of the management of accumulator is enacted in the paper, which joints the charge and discharge characteristic of the accumulator together with P-V system's uniqueness, it takes the measures of low-voltage protection,over-voltage protection and the temperature compensation at the point of over-voltage protection. The measure of sluggish loop is taken in the low-voltage protection, which solves the spiccato power supply at the point of low-voltage.The control arithmetic is carried out by the SCM C8051F040 in the paper, equipment for experiment is designed and produced at the same time. It is proved that there are the ability of swift tracking and perfect stability in this system through the experiment.
