| Firstly, this paper introduces the contents of DA and its status quo at home andabroad. According to the idiographic problems, the necessity and importance of thedesign for DA are explained. Then the function requirement for DA system in Hebi cityis analyzed. Based on the idea of integrated information and the guideline ofstandardization, openness, security, easiness of maintenance, by new technologies, theDA system is designed in detail. Except the realization of functions of DA and itsmanagement system, the design can complete the automation system that is connected toother automation system and takes DA system as the core, so every system can work alltogether.
