Switched Reluctance Drive is very potential as a new kind of motor drive system, it becomes people's subject investigated because of its good performance. This paper studies the hardware, software of the SRD based on Digital Signal Processor, and designs a hybrid controller contains fuzzy controller and PI controller for speed control since the traditional controller can't performance well, and at last tries to use RTOS for SRD. The first chapter introduces the history , advantage and disadvantage ,development of SRM, and introduces the development of fuzzy controller , DSP chip , RTOS and what have done. The second chapters introduces the structure and theory of SRM and the units of control system such as position detection unit and current measurement unit, and then designs the power inverter of SRD, at last designs the circuits of every part of the hardware of SRD. The third chapter firstly discusses the control modes and the features of them , and designs the control mode of this SRD based on the hardware, and then designs the fuzzy controller and gives how to simulate floating-point calculation on fix-point DSP to implement real-time calculation, at last shows the algorithm of PI controller. The forth chapter designs the software of control system, and shows the flow chart and function of every subroutine, introduces the features and theory of μC/OS-Ⅱ and how to transplant it to TMS320LF2407, and then designs the software of SRD based on μC/OS-II and makes a conclusion. The fifth chapter shows the experiment curves of speed when the speed controller of system uses PI, fuzzy, hybrid controller, and makes a conclusion at last.
