In construction of the bridge foundation, to ensure that the foundation is constructed in arid circumstances, it is necessary to adopt such various kinds of methods as wellpoint dropping water method, the construction method of weir, the construction method of underground continuous wall, open caisson method, etc. These methods each have pluses and minuses and have it's own scope of application. Construction scheme optimization is the important content of organize designing of construction, and it is effective to control the project cost. If those methods are all suitable in a certain project, it is a thorny thing to choose the optimum scheme. We can choose the optimum scheme with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation at this moment. At first, this paper confirms the system of index on the basis of a idiographic construction. Then the paper sets up a monolayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model the weights of indexes are ascertained by the analytic hierarchy process. At last, the paper uses an example to check up the models.The conclusion indicates that it is reliable to using the models to choose the optimum scheme.
