Study On Urban Road Network Construction

Facing urban traffic problem in our country, it is must to enlarge degree and invest of road facilities construction, enhance the research of the management system of the urban road construction project. The thesis aims at the problem that exists in urban road construction in our country, analyze the merit and shortcoming of management system and method of in domestic and international public facilities construction, put forward suitable metaphase, long-term management system. To evaluate the rationality of the urban road network according to the related literature, finding out the problem that road network exists, establish the index and the model to select the project, and to demarcate the index. Then, to select evaluation index according to the target of construction, give the priority sequence of construction projects, to evaluate the project what have been builded. Analyzed the influence of the traffic caused by the construction, certain its influence scope to road network traffic flow, and establish the method of the traffic organizes, principle and technique route, put forward a series of traffic organizes project. Finally, the paper gives an example of urban road network construction projects prophase management research.
