With the gradual increase of the traffic mileage of the trunk road network,the maintenance and maintenance of the trunk highway network are becoming more and more important.The early damage of the main trunk road network,the rapid attenuation of the pavement function,the gradual decrease of the actual service life,and the like,have put forward higher requirements for the design of the road network pavement maintenance planning.This paper is based on the characteristics of multi-factors and multi-attribute of network level maintenance planning of trunk highway pavement.According to the characteristics of pavement damage of trunk highway,proposed a new pavement performance evaluation index system and comprehensive index.The dynamic weight based on pavement performance evaluation and selection.Model and Markov prediction model of grey theory to construct and validate the model.According to the principle of priority ranking of pavement maintenance,the urgency of influencing pavement maintenance includes the study of road performance,structural strength,pavement structural materials,traffic load,road service life and road importance.And to each influence index carries on the standardization processing.The reciprocal matrix based on preference information is used to determine the weight of each index,and the matter element analysis model is used to sort out the urgency of maintenance of each section of the road network.Based on the analysis of pavement maintenance needs and countermeasures,this paper discusses the nature of pavement maintenance,discusses preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance,and classifies maintenance standards according to existing research.And the decision tree is selected to analyze and select the maintenance countermeasures of the project grade pavement.In the cost-benefit analysis of the maintenance scheme,the composition and calculation of the maintenance cost are discussed first,then the maintenance benefit is analyzed and calculated.Finally,the cost-benefit ratio of the maintenance and calculation method is evaluated,and the greater the cost-benefit ratio of the conservation measure is,This maintenance measure is preferred.Dynamic programming model and integer programming algorithm are selected to optimize the network maintenance scheme.The objective function will consider the overall benefit of the road network and the ratio of the total cost to the maximum benefit cost over the years.According to the characteristics of maintenance and management of highway in Hebei Province,36 sections of highway network in Hebei Province are selected for case study,and the optimal solution of pavement maintenance planning for the next three years is obtained.It also applies dynamic planning to system decision-making and obtains the road maintenance fund allocation plan for the future 14 highways.It can be applied to the road trunk road surface maintenance planning and design,and provides technical support for China’s future road maintenance management,which is of great significance.
