A Study On Interact Mechanism Between Urban Traffic And Land Use

With the rapid development of urban economy and the quick step of urbanization in our country, the urban traffic problem becomes more and more serious. The urban traffic problem comes of the urban land use. Exploring the interact relationship between urban traffic and urban land use and then establishing the interact mechanism, which have important significance in solving the urban traffic problem and promoting city sustainable development.This dissertation, bases on city sustainable development as technology route, adopts philosophy and economics theories and methods, analyzes the interact relationship, from quality and quantity, policy and technology points of view, then analyzes the interact relationship, establishes the interact mechanism and then forms the evaluation index system, and basing on AHP .Finally the dissertation analysis the urban traffic and the urban land in Nanchang as an example.
