Research Of Traditional Dwellings Of Qing Dynasty In Jiujiang Districts Of Jiangxi Province

The research object of the article is the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts, Jiangxi Province. The regional areas of research are Jiujiang city and its districts. The article includes eight chapters. Chapter 1 is an exordium of the objective, the signification, the research actualities and methods of this research. Chapter 2 introduces the background of the research mainly including the geographical environment, the history and the culture, the living consuetude, the relationship between the economy and the decoration art of the traditional dwellings, the progress of the decoration art of the traditional dwellings of Qing Dynasty. Chapter 3 discusses composition types of the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts of Jiangxi Province from classified forms, exterior decoration, interior decoration and the detail decoration. Chapter 4 introduces the techniques of the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts of Jiangxi Province, including carving, colored drawing and other crafts. Chapter 5 analyses the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts of Jiangxi Province, at the base of three examples. These are the dwelling of Mr. Wu in Jiujiang County, the old dwelling of Hejie in Ruichang districts and the settlements of Heshe village in Duchang County. Chapter 6 summarizes the characteristics the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts of Jiangxi Province, from the following five aspects: the presentation forms, the composition features, the patterns, the cultural significance and the finishing techniques. From the use of reference and inheritance, Chapter 7 discusses the future the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts Jixi Province. Chapter 8 draws a conclusion of the whole article. At the base of a large mount of reference books, the a number of detailed fieldworks,the analysis of three typical examples and the scientific inductive research methods, it is a new attempt to discuss the decoration art of the traditional dwelling of Qing Dynasty in Jiujiang districts of Jiangxi Province. The aim and significance of this research embodies at the following three aspects. First, this research has the historic significance. It is helpful to inherit and develop the traditional architecture culture. Second, it has the practical significance. It gives our modern architecture design more revelations and references from its contents, forms, decoration techniques and concepts. And last, it has an imponderable power to explode the features and attractions in Jiujiang Districts of Jiangxi Province.
