Induction heating furnace is a complex delay system.Exact mathematical model is not easy to be established.Using regular control, A satisfactory effect can't be reached.And manual debugging is difficult.When the disturbance turns large,the result will deviate from the default value.Using fuzzy control,because the data from multisensor is intricate,many rules are needed,or the rule library can't be established.These data are associate.The useful information should be found from them.To solve the problem,a clustering-fusion controller is designed in this paper.The controller make data fusion,clustering analysis,divide them to different sort and transfer the relevant control strategy from the knowledge library.In design,ART-2 and BP network are used.The medium frequence heating furnace mathematical model is simulated by Matlab.The result show that the scheme is feasible.
