| Since China joined the WTO, more and more container-port companies has entered into the international management profession of container ports. The whole world containerized transportation is also rapidly developing and it has brought the unprecedented opportunity and the challenge for the container ports. It-is very important that we must take effective measures to advance logistc efficiency for meeting the increasing transporation quantity of container and the high service level of container ports. On the one hand, we must do well in transporation orgnization in container ports. It has important practical meaning for layouting the roadways of port, assuring transporation unhindered and the production. On the other hand, we must advance the most competitive efficiency of load and unload according collocating equipments reasonably in container ports. The paper in-depthly investigates the orgnization of traffic and the reasonable collocation of the port equipments by means of simulation for discrete event, which based on the first container port project in Dachanwan, Shenzhen. It makes sure that the research on this problem boasts the development in theory and value in practice.Firstly, the paper presents the studying source and the studying meaning, introducing the stauts, opportunity and the challenge of container ports in modem logistics It systematically analyzes the study status quo at home and abroad and studise the primary content in four aspects.Secondly, the paper introduces the selective principle about the constitute of logistic system and technics of container ports and the program principle about the working flow and equipments.Thirdly, according the usual algorithms in solving the short path finding problem, the paper combines it with the constitute and characters of logistic network in order to organize traffic transporation of container ports based on the first container port project in Dachanwan, Shenzhen.Fourthly, after introducing the thery of discrete events and the characters of the EM-plant simulation sofrware,the paper modles and simulate for traffic transportation of container port. Lastly we obtain some important datas about woking of container port.Fifthly, the paper chooses Genetic Algorithm in evolutionism to collocate the primary truck of container port. Then we confirm the last collocation of equipments accdording the comparatively simulation by mesns of EM-plant software.Finally, the achievements and existing problems in the process of developing the system and the future orientation are discussed. |
