Study On The Theroy And Implement Measure Of Green Traffic Planning

Under the macro environment of sustainable development, how does the municipal transportation system to put sustainable developmental strategy into effect already appears day by day urgently. Municipal transportation, which is regarded as relation carrier of social economy activity, has very tremendous influences on these aspects such as economy efficiency, social justice and resources consumption. And the municipal transportation is also a key question to realize human environment sustainable development. Green transportation is a brand-new idea, is a harmony type transportation system which develops based on sustainable development transportation idea, is a concrete transportation microscopic idea which may implement. Green transportation emphasized "humanist" the thought, the meaning is develops a harmony transportation system to be advantageous in urban environment. It also can be said to decrease traffic congestion, reduce pollution, promote social justice and save construction maintenance cost. This article also researchs how to incorporat with urban traffic planning based on "Green Transportation" theory. "Green Transportation"mainly includes two aspects, its one for transportation system with external system optimization;its two manifests in transportation interior system optimization. For example, giving priority to development of Public tranapotation, the Bicycle system planning, the on foot traffic system planning, the change to system planning , transportation design, traffic environmental effect appraisal, the "green" management system and so on,in order to research new technology. This article analyzes Xi'an present transportation situation. Under the big background, implementation measures of green transportation can be researched. Finally, taking chan'ba transportation as an example, I propose some opinions to Xi'an transportation development and provide a new idea to Xi'an's transportation planning.
