Design And Realize On Supervising & Controlling System Of Substation Integrated Automation System

In this paper, 110KV Substation of Lanzhou 6000kt/a Ethylene Project is discussed. According to development situation of the Computer Integrated Automation System home and abroad, to meet the requirement of the Substation's Supervising and Controlling, the Computer Integrated Automation System of 110KV Ethylene Substation was designed and constructed. During the building course of system, the main job has been done as follow:First, according to the real situation of power system and Supervising& Controlling demands, the design principle of CIAS was put forward, the suitable hardware and software of the system was selected. Good tie between the measurement & protection function of bay-unit and the communication function of master-unit, and the supervising & control function was realized, so the general frame of CIAS was built up. Second, the principle of "four kinds distance-data input&output", especially for distance- measured date and statue signals inputting and identification, the methods of outputting control signal, dealing with the signals, was further researched. The problems such as distance-measured date collecting and computing was settled. Finaly, the communication and network system of Supervising&Controlling System of CIAS was built up, using RS485 field-bus to realize communication between bay-units and master-unit, using Ethernet to realize communication between master-unit and client server. By all this work, the hardware and software of the system was composed and the SCADA system of CIAS ws made up, to realize system operation and supervise.Now, the system has been put into use. The conclusion is abtained, the accurate control, smart response control and reliable data-transmit system realized. The system is easy to operate and mantainance, and a high technology level is reached.
