The pipe laying ship is a kind of engineering operation ship,it has species of equipments,working environment is poor,coordination of complex operations and many other reasons,the original pipe laying ship power station is difficult to achieve continuity and reliability requirements,and the level of automation of power station gap between current mainstream ship is big.to improve the automation level of the ship,save manpower and save energy and ensure the continuous,efficient and safe operation of the laying ship,and reform the original power station.In this thesis,a distributed supervisory control system of distributed pipelining ship based on PLC and PPU is designed,which consists of three parts,control system,monitoring system and safety protection system.The lower computer control subsystem consists of PLC and PPU,PPU mainly used for setting,detecting and displaying the related parameters,and controlling the condition of the paralleling and finishing the power distribution when the electric network is connected.The PLC powerful logic control functions and PPU combine to realize the automatic start and stop,Automatic paralleling,frequency modulation,overloaded inquiries and automatic dispensing procedures such as pipelining automation station control functions.The monitoring system is divided into two parts,on-site touch screen monitoring and remote host computer(PC)monitoring Site monitoring using PROFIBUS-DP bus protocol to achieve communication between PLC and PPU and touch screen,and use TIA portal software to complete the touch screen monitoring interface design;Remote monitoring using Ethernet protocol to achieve communication between the PC and PLC,Fame View software to complete the monitoring display design.By the above two parts to achieve in the field touch screen and remote PC on the operation of the power station parameters and status monitoring and display,fault alarm and record and power station remote control functions.This thesis focuses on the research and introduction of the main principles and methods of the main control functions of the pipe laying ship automatic power station,completes the design of the distribution panel of the pipe laying ship and the design of the joint control program of PLC and PPU.Finish the design of the on-site touch screen monitoring interface and the remote PC monitoring interface.At last,combined with the actual design need of the power station protection system,provided comprehensive protection for the pipe laying ship's operations.The results show that the combination of PLC and PPU combined control technology,application of field bus technology,Ethernet communication technology and configuration monitoring technology to improve the reliability of the pipe ship,safety and economy can be very good to achieve Automatic control,monitoring and protection of power stations.
