Research And Implementation Of The Fundamental Library Of NC Process Equipment Based On UG

With the application of the fundamental library of NC process equipment, the mass repetition work can be avoided and the cost can be decreased and the cycle is shorten when designing the NC process equipment. To satisfy the requirement of an integrated system of NC process equipment, this thesis study the technology of constructing the fundamental library of NC process equipment and the major job is as followed:1) A framework of fundamental library of NC process equipment is constructed. This thesis focuses the study on the technology of constructing the part library, component library and cut tool library of NC process equipment.2) After the study on the part library of NC process equipment, a tool for constructing the part library based on the Client/Server mode is developed with the chain manner database and the a dynamical expansion algorithm.3) A technology of constructing the component library of NC process equipment based on the key characteristic model is studied, with which the assembly relation and dimension chain between the parts are sealed into the tool of constructing component library.4) After analyzing the cut tool information of NC process equipment based on the feature technology, the technology of constructing the NC process equipment based on user-defined database is studied and realized.5) A series of modules of fundamental library for NC process equipment based on UG is developed and used well in the design of NC process equipment on a key aviation project...
