The Development Of Air Actuated Control Design System Facing Mass Customization

Mass customization, as a new manufacture mode, persues fulfilling customers' individualized requirements with efficiency and low cost of large scale production, and adapt to the dynamic and changeful market. As an effective method to solve the conflict between manufacture scale and individual requirements, the essential of MC is an individualized design based on modular theory. Design for Mass Customization(DFMC) is the key element of Mass Customization.This paper is based on the analysis of thought and characteristics of MC. The development of air actuated control system is researched by applications of software engineering, computer network, database and modern CAD techniques. The main achievements and creative ideas of the paper are as follows:(1) Discussed the general aspect, characteristic and background of mass customization. According to the analysis of international, domestic present study of MC combined with the characteristic of design of air actuated control system, worked out a new method and software system to design air actuated control system of MC.(2) Discussed the fundamental principle and design method of MC.
