With the rapid development of aviation technology, the electronic aircraftcontrolling system is getting higher and higher, the requirement on the power supplysystem is also getting higher and higher, the structure and control of the aircraft powersupply system is increasingly complex, if the voltage of each part in this system has aproblem, it will cause the airborne electronic systems in the aircraft to malfunction,even dangerous manipulation, or adversely affect the performance of the aircraftmission equipment. Therefore, it will has great significance to develop ofhigh-precision test platform for power state detection and protection of the safety ofairplane on the aircraft controlling system.In this paper, the TMS320F2812model s DSP is the next machine, the PC isthe host computer in hybrid data acquisition system. Completed to design thehardware system and software system in a comprehensive test platform for the aircraftcontrolling system, and also completed the layout of air outlet and the controllingcabinet design of the test platform.Through theoretical analysis of the method of testing AC voltage and frequency,based on interpolating windowed FFT algorithm and based on iterative Fourieralgorithm are discussed. Using MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the twoalgorithms to determine the frequency measuring algorithm.The host computer uses graphical programming language LabVIEW to design aserial communication program between PC and machine and the host computerinterface. The next computer uses programming language C++in CCS3.3to designdata collection procedures, data processing procedures and data communicationprocedures.At last, building a experimental validation device to simulate test platform, theexperiment validate test function on testing DC voltage and difference between thetest voltage in the simulation test platform, hardware simulation test simulates an ACvoltage and frequency with the CCS3.3environment. Completion of thedemonstration experiment of test functions in the entire test platform.
