Utilizing renewable energy to generate electricity is an effective way to lighten the environmental burden and save social resources.Small hydropower is one of the important ways to use renewable energy.In Jiujiang region,the non-unified regulation of small hydropower is relatively decentralized.According to statistics,there are 289 small hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of 563.679 MW.For a long time,due to the restrictions of funds and technology,non-unified hydropower has become an important way to reduce the environmental burden and Power plant equipment is backward and management efficiency is low.Every year,line trips and electrical burning events caused by power grid dispatching failing to monitor the operation status of non-unitary power plant bring great challenges to the safe and stable operation of power grid.In this paper,by analyzing the demand of non-unitary power plant in Jiujiang area to access power grid dispatching system,considering the actual situation of field equipment,and by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several networking modes,such as optical fiber networking,carrier networking,GPRS wireless networking,the way of GPRS wireless networking is finally determined.According to the actual situation of field equipment of non-unitary power plant in Jiujiang area,a special network of non-unitary power plant based on GPRS public network is established,which realizes the real-time communication between the plant and the main station.The main station and RTU of remote monitoring system in Jiujiang area are designed and selected.The remote on-line monitoring of non-unitary power plant by power grid dispatching is realized,and the operation of non-unitary power source in the past is solved.The problem of data missing strengthens the data collection and statistics of full-caliber power generation,improves the integrity and accuracy of data,provides objective and real data for power grid enterprises'decision-making,and provides an important guarantee for improving the security and economic operation of power grid.
