The technology or condition monitoring can ensure products quality enhance economy efficiency, eliminate hidden faults and avoid accident. It is important for us to have knowledge of the equipment state to establish a reasonable maintenance strategy. Lab VIEW technology becomes an important trend of faults monitoring for its flexible conceptive style.The state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for crankshaft and bearing of the diaphragm pump use IPC-610 series industrial chassis for its host computer. The monitoring points of the system use temperature sensor, acceleration sensor, amplifier and transducer etc which supervise the state of crankshaft and bearing .The system can predict the trend of temperature, rotate speed and vibration .It can also generate an alarm when temperature parameter rotate speed parameter or vibration parameter exceed the limits .The diaphragm pump will operation according to the safety parameter given by the system. The system can analyze the vibration data with analytical software.The system can supervise temperature of six bearings three horizontal vibration data and three vertical vibration data of three crankshaft .electrical current and rotate speed.The software and hardware implementation scheme of the monitoring system for the valve's block fault is expatiated in details, including the constitute of the monitoring system, the sensor's choice, installation and orientation; the collecting card's choice; the sample rate's confirmed, the collecting software's programmed and the signal processing software's programmed, etc.The system can display the results on the display it can supervise the parameter and generate an alarm .The data and charts can been automatically stored .Operators technicians and managers will know the state of the diaphragm pump through the system .It will give operators more direction. Technicians will get more scientific data from the system.
