Steel tube's export in our country has developed very quickly in the recent years, but traditional steel tube packing have not already meet the-demand of world market. Currently, study of domestic steel tube's auto-shape & bundle system is looming ahead.Based on the project of research and development of steel tube's auto-shape system for Tianjin steel tube corporation, the thesis exploreed mechanical construction and control system's principles of steel tube's auto-shape & bundle system, determined the overall designing plan of steel tube's auto-shape & bundle system, desigined electromagnetic device's hydraulic servo - system and control software. The project had been done successfully. The content of paper was arranged as follows:In chapter 1, first, the actuality, correlation technique and problems exiting in the developing of steel tube's auto-shape system were introduced. Furthermore the necessarity of studying steel tube's auto-shape system was stated.In chapter 2, first, the system technics flow was analyzed emphatically. Then the operational principle of the key organ, the design of pneumatic and hydraulic system and the design of electric system were introduced by the numbers. Finally, the structure of system software was explained in brief.In chapter 3, the composement and characteristic of electrohydraulic system were intruduced firstly. Then the principle and mode of electromagnetic device's hydraulic servo - systems were discussed, and hardware system and schematic diagram were also confirmed. Finally, systemic Linearizing mathematical models was established.In chapter 4, after the conventional PID control, fuzzy PID control and control structure of synchronizing error were analyzed comparatively; the composite control type of the conventional PID control and fuzzy PID control was adopted in the project. It improved dynamic performance of the system, raised precision of signal cylinder's position and double cylinder's synchronizing control. Finally, the result of simulation and experiment of the scene was given.In chapter 5, designing ideas and the basic framework of the whole PLC programme were given firstly. Then work flow of the every PLC programme was narrated detailedly. Finally desgin of every function block and main interface in the monitor software were introduced in brief. The principles of steel tube's track and contact method between computer and PLC were expatiated in detail.In chapter 6, the work of developing steel tube's auto-shape system was summarized and prospect of system improved was presented.
