Investigation Of Transportation And Noise Controlling Technology

This paper makes clear the environmental pollution status quo of our country, and educes the result of that traffic transportation almost has relationship with all environmental problems. It introduces the environmental effect and hazard of traffic transportation in infrastructure construction, running, and maintenance which include pollution on water body, atmosphere and solid waste, noise hazard, zoological destroy and so on, and the effect and hazard of secondary pollution on environment caused by traffic transportation. It also states the source, classification and characteristic of traffic transportation noise, environmental pollution from traffic transportation noise, and bad influence and serious hazard on human's health and living quality from noise.This paper emphatically discusses the effect on human's health and the hazards on environment from traffic transportation noise-road transportation noise and railroad transportation noise. It analyzes the main control technologies of traffic noise. Through monitoring the traffic noise distribution of a section of Shaoshan South Road of Changsha and the railroad noise distribution of Nanbianzu Station of Huaihua, the author analyzes the noise level distribution status of main traffic trunk line and effect scope and extent of different kinds of traffic transportation noise. Also, through predicting noise protection distance on both sides of traffic trunk line, the author presents purposefully some propositional measurements to control traffic transportation noise on these sections.Finally, from the view of relationship between traffic transportation and environmental pollution in our country, the paper discusses the out of line between transportation development and resource utilization, and serious environmental pollution from traffic transportation and so on. Because of more and more people's concerns on environmental problem of urban traffic, sustainability of resource, environmental and social system become basic condition on social economic development. Hence, the concept of sustainable developing traffic is put forward. This paper depicts that sustainable developing traffic is an urgent demand for the society, and is basic guarantee from environment for the capacities of economics and traffic development.
