Research On Maintenance System Reform In Ankang Railway Administration

The Railway Administration has a very difficult problem which is how to make the work of railway maintenance reasonable and designed to insure the equipments finer so that the train can work with the knight service.The primary problem that this dissertation deal with is the reform of the permanent way maintenance system. As the leader of the skeleton system,the author can have the opportunity to get the detailed first-hand information, and then integrate with my work , consult the design original design information and some researchful result of the my work scope, and can combine the reform aim and the measure of the railroad system, control the process of the reform.In addition, the reform of railway maintenance system need the support of new eye, advanced technology, fine equipments, and it should know our unit's surroundings , predicament, and the personal diathesis across-the-board. We also should explore the new permanent way maintenance modes, achieve the discerption of repair and maintain, strengthen examination, enhance employee's skill and foster the idea which is that they enjoy their posts. Using the science and technology in the sending information, managing technology, controlling the manufacture is can take the reins the full process of railway maintenance.In practice, only we persist in using new ideas , advanced method, logical system, idiographic measures, and steadfast action to carry out the reform of railway maintenance system, there will be having a well effect.
