Energy saving in dwelling should be designed to ensure its using function and thermo-environment quality about hot and cold, then to reduce energy consume. Energy saving 65% will improve the standard of energy saving 50% which is using in the zone hot in summer and cold in winter. This thesis studies the enclosure structure in energy saving 65% basing on a example—Nanjing. And the purpose is to bring forward a suit of index about energy saving of enclosure structure,which can be use satisfying in the zone in Jiangshu.This thesis brings forward some opinions to energy saving of dwelling in these area: 1,The optimal design of the energy saving of residential buildings should be closely attached to its practical requirement and to calculate thermo-capability of enclosure structure when a dwelling do save energy 65% in Nanjing, grounding on appropriate enactment and calculating former. Then to bring forward a suit of index that can be exertion best. 2,Basing on analysis to material,conformation of enclosure structure and the index using in Jiangshu, along with checking computations to index about energy saving 65% of enclosure structure making use of a simulating item. So we can assure the feasibility of inder calculated.
