Research On Modeling And Simulation Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler is a big system that has complex internal process.So the knowledge of it's internal characteristic is not all-sided now,and the performance experiment on the actual boiler is very expensive,some even is impossible.So modeling and simulation has been a good research method in this instance.In this paper,depend on the concrete object of CFB boiler,from the three aspects of flow,combustion and heat transfer,establishing a general model that can reflecting the system of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler.Aim at the equipment of the cyclone, external heat exchanger (EHE) and cooling dreg.Seting up corresponding mathematical model based on the elements of mass equilibrium and heat equilibrium.On the basis of the established model,developing a visible simulative platform of the CFB boiler,and get ready for the subsequent exploitation and emulational experimentation.
