Analysis On Urban Spatial Form And Research On Development Of The Former Italian Concessions Area In Tianjin

The former Italian concessions area is one of important historical areas of Tianjin,Which maintains greatly style and features of Italy.To protect and renew the area in the course of the developing urban, The urban spatial form is the more important element,which constitutes the history style characteristic and affects peoples modern life. Throgh the review of the research of the urban spatial form from before,There are three insufficienciens in the studies: one lacks of the advance theory analyzing form when construes the urban spatial; another is short of the quantitative study of the urban spatial form;last is absent of applicative research of the urban spatial form.The article bases on the detailed investigation composed four factors:mode of land use,block size,street-plaza space, buildings in urban space,which influence the urban spatial form.Founded on the theory study and quantitative analysis,The research set up the quantitative guideline to control the urban spatial form.In view of the foreign cases succeeded in developing historical areas, It discusses and proposes the applicative research and conceives of planning.
