A The Optimization Of Yangtzi Freshwater Liner Shipping Routes

As China national power is becoming stronger and stronger and people's living condition having been improved greatly, international trade and domestic trade are increasing at a sustained high speed. Water way transportation is the main transportation means in the international trade and domestic trade. The running cost of a cargo-carrying ship is as much as thousands of dollars per day, therefore a slight improvement in shipping line plan and the day of visiting a specific port will save a lot of running cost. But at present, the domestic freshwater liner shipping system still has some problems, such as couples of shipping company set shipping lines respectively, transportation ability overlapping ,ports'demanding not being satisfied and so on. In this paper, quantizing methods are proposed to discussing and solving the problem of how to set Yangtzi Freshwater Liner Shipping routes.In this paper, the status of domestic freshwater liner shipping condition is illustrated first, meanwhile which is compared with foreign country's freshwater liner shipping developing condition, and problems lay in home freshwater liner shipping are located. With the introduction of domestic freshwater liner shipping, the shipping channel status of Yangtzi's mainline is showed. Then the container transporting demanding of each port along Yangtzi's mainline and each port's throughput is analyzed, and the forecasting of the port's throughput is done with the optimized combination of Forecasting Models.,so as to get the data of container transporting demanding of each port along Yangtzi's mainline.
