Remote measurement and control technology is widely used in modern science and technology, industrial production, and national defense. Modernization of measurement and control technology has been well acknowledged as remarkable sign of modern science and technology and production.With the development of Internet, technology of web which based on TCP/IP is popular and widely used. Remote measurement and control technology based on Internet has brought wide attention in industry, more and more control equipments and test instruments have already carried out WebServer inside. Measurement and control system of B/S (browser/server) mode will be widely used in intelligence house, instrument appearance, data acquisition, process control, industry automation, family automation etc..After optimizing and reducing the size of TCP/IP protocol, this paper designed and realized remote measurement and control system based on web. Hardware system includes SPCE061A of 16-bit MCU and DM9000. Data acquisition and equipments control are completed through A/D and I/O of SPCE061A. WebServer stores data of webs in the ROM, receives and analyzes the request of other computers in the network, and returns the corresponding web in browser. The system reduces memory consumption because that data of webs is saved in chains and all layers of Protocol share the data through moving the point. The dynamic data is transmitted between WebServer and Client. the remote traffic monitor and control system of JiLin superhighway passes practice test shows that the project is feasible and all-purpose.
