Study On Architecture Renewal Of The Historic Conservation Area

In recent years, architecture renewal of the historic conservation area has become a popular topic. However, the understanding toward the history conservation area is weak in shaanxi province, which has no explicit renewal methods and theories. As a result, various kinds of problems are caused. This text carries on the study to this present condition, and summarizing the related theories and methods.In the text, the theories about protection and renewal of historic conservation area have been summarized, with both the domestic and international excellent case. Four methods of the architecture renewal have been analyzed: conservation and preservation, refurbishment, improvement, rebuild.Basing on six national historical and cities in shaanxi province, systemic researches have been carried out. Four kinds of cities and three kinds of historic conservation areas have been summarized, and five kinds of buildings have been gathered up. And then the analysis from the macro view to the tiny view have been carried out On this foundation, architecture renewal of the historic conservation area have been sumed up. At first, it summarizes the methods of areas design in historic conservation area. Adjusting measures to local conditions and reasonable exploitation have been brought forward. The second, aiming at different types of buildings, five kinds of methods adapting to shaanxi province have been induced, in addition, three kinds of relations between new building and the old one have been summed up. The text points out that the information of the city has been written down by the building, street and the street area, so the historic conservation area should pay much attention to the design of the environment. At last, the text has brought forward some suggestions on the architecture renewal of historic conservation area in shaanxi province.
