Studying Of Public Products' Spatial Layout Based On Accessibility

Since the reform and opening of china, the reform of our country has made the stage progress. Currently, the reform has already entered into the stage of structural reform that was important in government transformation. Under this background, that to participate in the global competition and that to develop the socialism market economy demand to establish a government of public service and to optimize the supply for public product. Among this, the fair is one of the principles that the government provides the public product.The hospital and middle school are two kinds of more importantly public products to government. Whether their space layout is reasonable or not relates to the efficiency of the supply of public product for government. This paper takes the first class hospital, second class hospital and high middle school in Yizheng city as the examples, and makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the space layout of them. On this foundation, this text put forward the strategy of the development on the hospital and high school.There are 7 chapters in this paper. Firstly, the paper defines connotation, characteristic and classification of public product. Reviewing and valuating the research situation of public product, the author points out to provide public product is main mission of government. Secondly, the author makes the detailed analysis on the example of Yizheng city in the qualitative and quantitative method that be based on geography information system; importantly, this paper contrasts the space layout before improving the transportation with it after improving the transportation. Thirdly, the author seeks for developing strategies.
