Since the beginning of the 21 st century,social economy has been developing rapidly.People not only meet the material needs,but also the constant pursuit of spiritual satisfaction.The culture of Popular entertainment promotes the lighting industry continuous develop.A wide variety of lamps and colorful lighting are presented in front of people.People also put forward higher and higher requirements for lighting atmosphere.The utilization rate of electric energy of traditional lights is low which contraries to the theory of Energy saving in the modern society,and messy switch are distributed everywhere lead to wasteful management costs.As the fourth generation of light source,LED has some characteristics,such as the higher power efficiency,Low operating voltage and colorful,and which makes it quickly into people's lives.This design is based on the understanding of the current situation of lighting market,analyzes the current lighting control system Carefully,then Proposes a method to control the traditional lamps and Low voltage LED lights by Digital Multiplex512 signals.The paper based on signal characteristics designs two aspects that include 220 V AC power switch and 12 V Low voltage LED lights digital dimming.The paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:First of all,the paper researches DMX512 protocol in detail,which involves data frame structure and format and electrical characteristics and physical layer.and we study the structure of RGB lamp belts and PWM dimming technology,describing the transmission mode and bus mode of the control signal at the same time.Secondly,the lighting switch controller and low voltage LED PWM dimming controller in terms of hardware are detailedly designed,including a variety of concretely circuits contained inside the control system.Thirdly,according to the functional requirements of lighting comprehensive control,the software programs of dimming controller and switch controller are also designed by modular methods in the ICCAVR software development environment,including the main program,serial interrupt program,and the program of PWM dimming and relay function implementation.Fourth,depend on various lights' working principle and connection method of signal bus,combined the switch controller and the dimming controller organically.Under the same signal transmission,we test the system to run.The result shows that control system achieves the desired requirements,the switch controller can be controlled on and off,and the dimmer controller is also operated normally.The system can achieve to control ordinary lighting and low voltage LED unified management on the stage or public areas.It not only reduces messy switches to reduce the unnecessary lighting energy consumption,but also can real-time control of LED colors to create a colorful atmosphere.The lighting comprehensive control system based on DMX512 protocol was designed reasonably,which is practical and easy to beoperated,meets the actual needs in stage theatres.
