As the technology and standard of people's living increased, the intelligent lighting system is becoming more and more important in people's home life. The intelligent lighting control system is based on S3C2440A and DMX512 control protocol,which is simple, stable, feature rich and operated easily. The main work in design includes:(1)The DMX512 ports need the real-time data to control the lights, so the data must be processed and sent real-time and with high-speed. The dual-CPU architecture and the dual-port RAM are used. A microprocessor processes and sends the data separately. The dual-port RAM allows two CPU to read and write it at the same time. This architecture solves the problems of sending the real-time data completely.(2)The control interface of graphics is developed. As solving the problem of having few light effects, the color ganut of CIE is imported. Based on the color ganut, the intelligent lighting system is developed to choose colors and the diversity of light effects are achieved.(3)The control of schemes and scenes is completed. The function of scenes'user-defined is developed to solve the problem of the control strategy not humanized. It makes users to create or modify schemes and scenes freely which they love.The test results shows that the system has all the characteristics of intelligent lighting systems, and achieve the goals which is operated simply and has many functions. This system provides a platform for updating and expanding to the wireless lighting system and has much value of popularity.
