LED Projector Light Control System Based On DMX512 Protocol

In recent years,with the pursuit of people's quality of life and the concern for urban civilization construction,urban nighttime image construction has become one of the priorities of local governments.Along with the rapid development of LED intelligent lighting technology,LED projector light have appeared in the urban lighting project,and play an increasingly important role in human production and life.The demand for intelligent control,centralized management,and long life LED projector light is increasing,which creates a good environment for the development of the LED projector light market and brings new challenges.At present,LED projector light appear on the market only provide a single lighting function,which cannot change the lighting effect of the projector light in use.This single-function projector light product can no longer meet the growing demand for urban landscape lighting.And the current projector light products do not have a good heat dissipation system design,and the life of the floodlights is greatly limited.In view of the existing shortcomings of LED projector light on the market,this paper has carried out in-depth research and improved the control system design of the projector light to complete a LED projector light control system based on DMX512 protocol.In the design of the spotlight control system,the host computer software sends the dimming signal through the network data,and the FPGA module realizes the network data reception of the lower computer and encapsulates the dimming data according to the standard DMX512 control protocol and transmits the data to the spotlight main.The main control module then achieves a more stable and smooth dimming effect through the dimming algorithm.The design and the button control module are added to display the current dimming data in real time,and the current dimming data can be changed by pressing the button.Combined with the temperature sensor,the main control chip and the fan,constitute an intelligent closed loop heat dissipation control system in the temperature control.
