The Technology And Economy Analysis To The Subgrade Widening Project For The Reconstruction Of The Used Road In Seasonly Frozen Area

As an important way to the highway construction in our country, the reconstruction of the used road affects the development of social economy profoundly and widely. Compared with the new road construction, it has some characteristics such as the technical measure,construction cost analysis,economic evaluation, and so on. Rely on the reconstruction project of the Qitaihe's section of Heilongjiang Qihua highway, this paper systematically analyzes the technology and economy nature of different widening methods,technical processing measures,environment value loss and the social -economic benefits to the subgrade widening project, using the construction cost theory,the analytical hierarchy process,the engineering and natural environment economics.The main research contents in this paper as follows:From the construction cost angle, it discusses these questions such as the subgrade widening methods of the splicing type by double and single side,four traffic lanes changed to the approximate six traffic lanes and the subgrade slope protection engineering, by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it also calculates and comparatively analyzes the double and single side widening methods of the Qihua highway reconstruction project.It analyzes the technology and the economy characteristic of the powder spry piles and the plastic discharge board methods comparatively. It also quantitatively computes the technology pith of the geogrid and the project expense of digging the big and small stairs to the subgrade widening engineering.According to the environment value theory in the natural environment economics, this paper analyzes the environment value from these aspects of value losses to the ecological environment,air-water environment and sound environment, which are caused by the reconstruction of the used road, proposes the computation formula, and it also computes these contents by the project example.Using the theory of the analytical hierarchy process, this paper analyzes the social and economic benefits of the highway reconstruction project. It sets up the evaluation index system and method ,using the rate of social contribution of the highway reconstruction project as the total goal of the analysis and evaluation on the social and economic benefits, finally, it analyzes the particular example for the reconstruction project of the Qitaihe's section of Heilongjiang Qihua highway.
