The ship shore power supply technology refers to the technology that the ship uses the land power supply to the ship during the berthing of the port,so that the ship can stop the operation of the generator and reduce emissions.In order to reduce the noise and emissions generated during berthing of ships,promote energy conservation and emission reduction at ports,enhance the overall competitiveness of ports,and build “green ports”,ports need to use ship-based power supply to provide electricity for ships in Hong Kong.The ship shore electricity technology and the assessment of econo mic and social benefits of the port have better engineering practical value and wider promotion prospects.The main research content of this article is:First of all,the status quo of the ship shore power system is analyzed,and the comparison and analysis of different schemes are carried out for the shore shore power supply scheme and the ship shore power supply scheme.The advantages and disadvantages of different power supply schemes are given.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the ship shore power supply scheme for a certain port was carried out.Based on the statistics of the actual number of times the port’s number of ports were docked in the past two years,the berthing time,and the installed capacity of shipborne generators,the The research on the economic and social benefits brought by the shore power supply program has been studied and calculated.Finally,a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the economic and social benefits brought about by the port power system is carried out using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method.Based on the calculated offshore power and economic benefits of the ship,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)establishes the index system,and according to the scores of experts on the indicators,the final evaluation results are calculated through the fuzzy evaluation method.The implementation of shore power projects in similar ports has certain reference value.
