Owing to the problems of global energy and environment, automobile industries in many countries will increasingly focuses on the scientific researches in uses of new energy resources and new dynamical direction. The application of LPG technology on automobile experiences a couple of periods, and has made some mature progresses. However, the application of LPG on motorcycle has lain in the primary period. The relative research is almost none. The exhaust volume of motorcycle is small, but the quantity is large. The annual output of motorcycle of our country is the first in the world, so the research of LPG technology on saving energy and exhaust decrease plays important role.Hybrid disabled motorcycle is supplied by LPG fuel and brushless DC motor. In order to increase the power capability, fuel economy and exhaust capability of LPG motorcycle, the proper choose and matching of two dynamical resources are very important. Therefore, the paper is based on the experiment researches of LPG engine, and realize the control of engine duty-ratio-control by electrical technology. The comparative experiment proves the obvious improvement of exhaust capability in the condition of almost no change of the LPG engine and origin engine. The match of whole motorcycle capability ensures the work method of engine and motor。The motor drives the whole motor, and when reaching the designed speed, motor transfers to engine drive, and when decrease to the designed speed, engine transfers to motor drive. The research of control system is based on the design of hardware and software, and then it makes sure the control strategy. Combining the whole motor's experiments and data collections, the paper provides the proper control area for transfer, and the optimize of transfer point based on the road experiments. Besides, the researches on the information system of motorcycle carry capacity plays important impact on the improvement of hybrid disabled motorcycle performance.The experiment proves the paper's theory is correct, and the control strategy is impossible. Meanwhile the paper provides the moment progresses for the further researches and industrialization in the future.
