Nowadays, international situation is in safety and stabilization, but the issues in nations or between nations are occurred continually, so we must heighten our consciousness and strengthen our national defense building. Being an important supporter of our national defense, the mending of aeroengine takes on hard assignment of our country's safety. ** factory is a aeroengine mending firm managed by government, it has many serious problems such as: circle is very long, waiting time occurs hourly, the odds of redoing is high, the connection between working procedures is loose, and so on. This paper will take measures of process reenginnering to eliminate shorts of former flow, and then build a new one with the hope of improving the efficiency and quality of ** aeroengine up-retarder mending in ** factory, and then improving the efficiency and quality of the whole aeroengine mending.Firstly, the paper makes much research in literature and data in process reengineering in foreign or domestic country, summarizes inside and outside countries'successful experience, and gives academic frame of process reengineering from aspects such as principle, technique, significance, and so on.Secondly, we got deep into ** aeroengine up-retarder mending workshop in ** factory, learnt and studied structure and mending technics of aeroengine, observed and wrote down current mending flow, neaten the data, analysed and summarized the shorts of current flow with manners of theories and measures in process engineering.Thirdly, combining today's advanced theory and successful examples of process engineering, after analyzing current flow's shorts and disadvantages of aeroengine up-retarder mending, the paper puts forward manners and designs a new one.Fourthly, after forecasting the effect of new flow, it indicates that the new flow can surely shorten the mending circle, heighten mending efficiency, and reduce mending cost.Finally, this paper summarizes the practice experience in process reengineering of this time, puts forward some advice on the theory and practice of process reengineering, and prospects the developing foreground of process reengineering.
