At present,the flood control and disaster reduction system of major rivers in China is becoming more and more perfect,and the ability to resist risks and challenges has been greatly enhanced.However,the treatment of small and medium-sized rivers is relatively lagging behind.Compared with large rivers,small and medium-sized rivers have the characteristics of large area,less capital investment,incomplete infrastructure such as flood control and non-standard personnel management,which leads to the difficulty of comprehensive and systematic management.With the increase of small and medium river control projects,the quality problems of small and medium river control projects are becoming more and more prominent,many of which are produced in the construction process.Due to the small and medium-sized river control project construction factors,construction technology is more professional,more working procedures.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the evaluation system and method of construction quality management in small and medium rivers to improve construction quality.This paper mainly studies the comprehensive evaluation of construction quality management of small and medium-sized river control projects.In the early stage of the paper,through a large number of literature review,the purpose of the current research background and domestic and foreign research situation were systematically studied,and then the basic conceptual principles of quality management,construction quality management and comprehensive evaluation methods were discussed.Then through the Middle and small Rivers Regulation Project Construction Quality Management Analysis and Literature Review,this paper analyzes the present situation of construction quality management,selects 5 first-class indexes and 21 second-class indexes of quality organization management,construction process quality control,material machinery and equipment management,personnel management engineering quality,taking the flood control project of Yangwei Town of Suxi River as an example,and constructs the evaluation system of construction quality management.The evaluation results are good,which shows that there is a lot of room for improvement in construction quality management of small and medium rivers.Finally,according to the evaluation results and analysis problems,the improvement measures such as improving construction technology level,strengthening quality consciousness construction and strengthening quality trend control are put forward.This subjectprovides reference for the construction quality management of small and medium river control project.
