| With the development of advanced manufacture technologies and systems, the application of information technology in manufacturing enterprises is greatly promoted and informatization, integration and intellgentization is becoming a tendency. The information of time quota is an important issue of information in manufacturing enterprises. It is not only a necessary part for integration in manufacturing system of design (CAD/CAPP), manufacture (CAM) and information management (MIS/ERP), but also as an important basis for production planning, accounting and cost control in enterprises.The computer aided time quota management system based on MODAPTS is researched and designed. The research of time quota is divided into machine time and handing time two parts. The lathe, milling, bore, plane, pluck machine machining type is researched about machine time, and the handing time mainly use the MODAPTS method which is a kind of time research to constitute the standard time. It can build the foundation for the time quota calculated and also search after a new way for the time quota information, integration and veracity of time quota established and enterprise information was done well basic.The actuality of application and technology researched about time quota is researched. The problem which is existed at present of computer aided time quota management system is analyzed and the work study is applied in the time quota. The constitution of time quota is analyzed, and the instituted principle of manual time and machine time is analyzed emphatically. The whole design of computer aided time quota management system is done, and the pivotal technology of computer aided time quota management system is reseached, emphatically how to use MODAPTS to establish handing time, and at the last the example is used to introduce the realized course of the software, so as to enhance productive efficiency and reach the aim of the lower machining cost. |
