The Research On The Countryside Development And Planning Countermeasure In The New Period

In our country, the rural population occupies about total population 70%. With the rapid development of social and economy, the country has changed remarkably and great changes have taken place in the corresponding social structure. As a result, it is inevitable for country including its production elements to walk toward centralization instead of decentralization.In the nowadays the social problems of the countryside, agriculture and peasants are more and more serious. Moreover it restricts the sustainable and stable development of National Economic in China. During the course of rapid urbanization in China, the integration of the urban and rural and the stable development of the Chinese social are influenced by the social problems.The well development of rural area is of great importance for our country.Chinese government proposed the developmental strategy of the building-up of a Socialist New Countryside in "Suggestion of the Central Committee of the Communist Party on Formulating the 11th 5-year Plans for National Economy and Social Development" . The countryside development is layed in the first location. With paying attention to the problem of countryside, agriculture and peasants, and carrying out new rural construction, the research will be greatly valuable to the strategy of countryside's development.In the past, the mostly village and town plannings carried on the spatial morphology. A deep comprehensive analysis and research by syncretizing poly-subjects should proceed to planning a diversified and complicated new style village. Therefore, this paper has fully studied the decentralization and trend of development of agriculture, industry, surplus-labor under the basements of the countryside society, the economical and the cultural development by the research results of several correlative subjects, such as economics, geography, sociology, etc. The whole research on countryside has been done under the region whole development frame , discussed the countermeasure of rural healthy developments in the new situation.This thesis obtains necessary data by literature consulting, cases investigating, as well as studied the rural development strategy through many points of view and gives some guiding significance' s methods and ideas for countryside planning and construction based on case studies.
